QUARRY ROAD PINOT NOIR 2018 VQA Vinemount Ridge, Niagara Peninsula
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer TAWSE
A REPEAT of the 2018 that was last released on October 16, 2021 at $35.95. Here is my just updated tasting note: Fairly deep red colour. Ripe, very gently spicy, mineral-tinged, plummy-cherry fruit with some sandalwood notes and a hint of fraise de bois. Dry, medium bodied, nicely structured, ripe, plummy-cherry fruit with some cassis and fraise de bois notes on the lingering, well balanced, bright finish. This refined effort has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with number 09:20:08 - 22/03/22 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 307686
