CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2019 Paso Robles
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer THE FAMILY COPPOLA
This genuine crowd-pleaser has an extremely deep intense purple colour. The nose is attractive enough - intense, juicy, ripe, plum jam with lots of cedary, smoke-tinged notes. Pretty good on the palate - dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, ripe, plummy, black cherry purée with a lingering, gently cedary, bright, rich but refreshing finish. Very good mouthfeel. It has 13.5% alcohol and 8 g/L residual sugar with lot number 09122122.02L2 on the lower part of the glass bottle. It is supposedly made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon tempered for 10 months in French oak. CSPC 24128
