Deep intense purple colour. Firm, youthful,red plum nose with some faintly herbal notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, intense, somewhat grippy, fairly dense, Damson plum flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, faintly peppery finish. Try with a bbq steak. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a cork closure. Has lot number 05/27/22 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 11851

TASTING NOTE: This wine comes from three Niagara-on-the-Lake vineyards and was vinified and aged in small lots before blending. The 2020 vintage produced superb, elegant, complex reds in Niagara, and this one reflects the balance, structure and ripeness of this outstanding year. Showing blackberry, plum, herbs, chocolate, and oak spice, it's a real treat for your holiday meal. Certainly made to enjoy now, it will age for 2-3 years. Price $ 17.95
