CORBIÈRES 2019 AP
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer HILARIO
Deep intense purple-garnet colour, the plum-focused nose has some faint herbal notes and a touch of mineralty. It’s fairly dry and medium to medium-light bodied with fresh, spicy, plummy fruit flavours and a lingering, fairly spicy, somewhat tangy finish. This fairly tasty ready-to-drink blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L22164 on the back label and capsule. Decent value and great with casual cuisine. CSPC 15170
