Very pale salmon pink colour. Pleasant, slightly spicy, ripe plum-apple nose. Dry, medium-light to light bodied, harmonious, very slightly spicy, ripe red-apple-melon-plum flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. This new blend of Cabernet Franc, Riesling and Gamay has 12.5% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar with lot number L2207 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. CSPC 336461
