TASTING NOTE: Australia is home to the oldest ungrafted Grenache and Shiraz vines in the world, and Torbreck has some plots that range from 120 to nearly 160 years old. Hand-picked and aged in old French oak, this wine is rich and ripe, with lush red and dark fruit, spice and delicate smoke and earth tones. An easy-drinking, expressive wine perfect for barbecued fare. |
