Bright medium-deep purple red colour with some amber on the edges, Bright, maturing, ripe, plum-cherry-strawberry nose with some leathery, sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, very bright, red-cherry-plum fruit with a crisp, quite well structured, sandalwood-mineral-tinged finish. Has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with number 32018 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. NEW in Vintages and ready-to-drink. CSPC 25232

TASTING NOTE: The 2018 is the second vintage of this single-vineyard expression. The Angel Step vineyard is gently sloped, with rich soil, excellent drainage, and ideal airflow that helps protect the vines from diseases and pests. This Pinot shows complex ripe red fruit, oak spice, earth, spice, and a food-friendly texture. Pair it with duck, or vegan potato cakes with stuffed mushrooms. Price $ 30.00
