CHÂTEAU CILORN 2018 AC Bordeaux Supérieur |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |

NEW in Vintages. It has a deep purple ruby colour and an attractive, youthful, fresh, ripe, plummy, red and black cherry purée nose with some slight savoury notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, very faintly herbaceous, ripe, plum, cherry-cassis fruit and a fresh, lingering, crisp finish. This fresh, ready-to-drink, 100% Merlot is bottled after 12 months in stainless steel vats and has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L203 on the back label. You can safely ignore the outdated 93-point Decanter World Wine Award in the Vintages Catalogue but worth trying at the price. |
