VERMUT ROSE Jerez
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer LUSTAU
This remarkable Vermouth is a unique blend of Fino sherry with Moscatel plus a touch of Tintilla de Rota. It has a light salmon pink colour with an exciting symphony of spicy aromas - black cherries, cardamom, nutmeg, sandalwood, honey, chamomile and buttered warm brioche all wound up with floral rose petals. It is fairly sweet, medium bodied and spicy with honeyed, floral, strawberry-cherry fruit and warm buttery brioche flavours plus a touch of orange citrus and classic faintly bitter wormwood notes. Best served chilled, straight up in a flute to augment acidity or in traditional Vermouth-based mixed drinks. It has 15% alcohol and 146 g/L residual sugar with lot number L241121 on the lower glass bottle. CSPC 21830
