DOMAINE ROSIER |
This French method classique celebration of Spring has a light straw colour. Intense, slightly spicy, very bright, ripe, red-apple-lemon nose with some toasty-mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, zesty, fresh, apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, gently complex, crisp, effervescent, ripe pear-tinged finish. A versatile, ready-to-drink, crowd-pleaser, this tasty blend of 90% Mauzac and 10% Chardonnay has 12% alcohol and 10 g/L residual sugar with lot number L23272 on the back label. |

TASTING NOTE: The Mauzac and Chardonnay for this aromatic sparkler were sourced from vines averaging more than 20 years of age planted at an altitude of 300 metres. The wine shows great lift and vibrancy, with intense apple, pear, characterful toast, and just a hint of honey. Fresh and balanced, it will make a wonderful aperitif and has the versatility to pair with chicken wings, vegetarian casserole, or seafood. |
