This blend of 80% Petite Sirah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Syrah went through full acid-softening malolactic fermentation prior to barrel maturation. The resulting wine is fruity and flavourful with a good tannic grip for balance. The producer recommends enjoying this wine with duck, lamb or venison in a spicy sauce. |
