TASTING NOTE: This wine was so popular last summer we brought it back again. The McManis family ferments their Petite Sirah in stainless steel, blends in splashes of Tannat and Teroldego for extra tannin, colour and complexity, and ages the wine for six months in French oak. Expect a robust wine overflowing with spicy, earthy dark fruit, and pour with barbecued burgers or ribs. |
