Bright extremely pale straw colour. Intense, very gently honeyed, slightly spicy, ripe apple-lemon nose with lots of mineral notes and a faint hint of bitterness. Fairly dry, light bodied, slightly spicy, ripe lemon-melon-apple flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked finish. Screwcap closure. CSPC 24133
