Here is my previous note: Bright very pale straw colour. Very slightly honeyed, spicy, warm ripe apple-lemon purée nose with some toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, attractive, ripe lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, faintly toasty, harmonious, effervescent, gently complex finish. Has 12% alcohol with 11 g/L residual sugar with lot number 487c on the lower part of the glass bottle. Ready-to-drink. |
