TASTING NOTE: This wine is made without malolactic fermentation and is matured in neutral oak barrels. It opens with rich aromas of applesauce and grilled peach, while on the palate it's smooth and round with good heft, ripe fruit and a touch of smoke. At its best now through 2022 with carnitas or grilled crab legs.
