KNIGHTS VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2014 Knights Valley, Sonoma County
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer ARROWOOD
One of 64 items (56% of 116 releases) not presented for evaluation under new LCBO policies. This REPEAT last appeared in Vintages (***) on June 23, 2018 at $44.95 and was Recommended. Here is my previous note: Extremely deep intense purple colour. Complex, fairly cedary, intense, ripe plum-cherry purée flavours with some faintly herbal, evergreen-wintergreen-tinged notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, slightly spicy, intense, ripe, plum flavours with a lingering, high acid fairly cedary finish. This still youthful blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot and 4% Malbec has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number 1912354162 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 570556
