Medium-light yellow-gold colour. Intense, complex, attractive, faintly honeyed, ripe apple purée nose. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, harmonious, smooth, ripe apple purée flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, fresh, rounded, ready-to-drink finish. Has 40% alcohol with lot number L83192 on the back label. Very tasty and new at Vintages. Was originally scheduled not to be presented at the release tasting. CSPC 653279

TASTING NOTE: Pale straw gold with bronze hues. Lifted aromatic nose with orchard blossom, crushed apple and dried apple skin. Youth, fresh, vibrant in the mouth the palate is clean with nice fresh sweetness and which has a fabulous dry finish. Very modern in style and a very lovely spirit.
