This vintage bubbly is made from only Chardonnay grapes sourced from four estate vineyard sites. It's crafted in the traditional method of Champagne and spends a minimum of two years bottle-ageing on the lees. Expect a vivacious, crisp wine suggesting creamy vanilla, citrus and freshly baked bread and savour it, lightly chilled, with grilled or panfried lake fish or veggie tempura. |
