TASTING NOTE: This is a big, intense rosé that has won a bit of a cult following here in Ontario. The 2018 offers up big, bold, broad-shouldered flavours of ripe cherry and raspberry with some underlying dark fruit tones that add complexity and depth. There's a savoury note on the tangy finish. Try this with grilled salmon or sticky ribs. (Vintages panel, May 2019) |
