Very deep purple colour. Slightly spicy, ripe plum nose with some dried red cherry and sandalwood notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, quite well structured, harmonious, slightly spicy, tangy, intense, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, fairly crisp, sandalwood-tinged finish. This SECOND REPEAT has 13.5% alcohol and now 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L19-066 on the back label. Last appeared in Vintages (**/**+) on August 4, 2018 at $21.95 and was Recommended.
