TASTING NOTE: Saint-Amour is the most northerly of the 10 Beaujolais crus and its wines are known for their delicate elegance. This one offers floral, beetroot and berry aromas, bright acidity and good flavour intensity, with a lightly spicy and earthy finish. A winning partner for rabbit ragout, or charcuterie and beet greens salad. (Vintages panel, Oct. 2018) TASTING NOTE: [The Concours des Grands Vins du Beaujolais did not include a tasting note.] Score - Gold (Concours des Grands Vins du Beaujolais, 2018) |
