TASTING NOTE: Showcasing the hallmark Kimmeridgian limestone of Chablis, this elegant premier cru is balanced and vibrant with a subtle interplay of lively citrus and stony minerality, with an especially marine-stone finish. A beautiful Chablis to savour through 2022 with grilled seafood or fresh shellfish. (Vintages panel, Oct. 2018) |
