TASTING NOTE: Moillard has been producing wine since 1850. This evokes lemon, crunchy pear and apple, and subtle marine stones on the nose. It's bright and focused with an elegant mouthfeel, good edgy tension and lovely mineral underpinnings. Savour through 2025 with oysters or lake fish. (Vintages panel, May 2019) |
