What began as a virtual winery became a realized dream for Ilya and Nadia Senchuk when they opened a winery on their property in Winona, Ontario. This wine is grown in three vineyards: their own estate Leaning Post vineyard, one in Twenty Mile Bench and one in Beamsville Bench. It was barrel-fermented in a classically cool Niagara vintage. Look for a clear expression of minerality along with peach, pear, lime and a touch of crunchy pineapple. Sip with roast chicken or barbecued pork tenderloin. |
