Very deep intense purple colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, faintly garrigue-tinged, intense, ripe cherry-plum-licorice-sandalwood nose. Dry, medium-full bodied, spicy, intense, ripe, plum-red-cherry flavours with a very crisp, slightly herbal, lingering, sandalwood-cedar finish. This NEW blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc and 15% Merlot. Some 15% of the blend was made from dried appassimento-style graps.
