TASTING NOTE: Girard has turned out a beautiful 2014 Petite Sirah from Napa Valley that sells for a song. Luscious blueberry and blackberry fruit, white flowers, silky tannins and that unmistakable floral note from the beautiful fruit jump from the glass of this big, boisterous and exuberant Petite Sirah. Drink it over the next decade. Drink Date: 2016-2026. Score - 92 (Robert Parker Jr., robertparker.com, Dec. 30, 2016) |
