| Bright light salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, ripe apple puree nose with some plummy notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, quite well structured, harmonious, slightly spicy, fresh, faintly juicy, ripe plum-apple-cherry flavours with a crisp, unoaked, high acid finish. Has 13,5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L.17001 on the capsule. The recommended 2016 (**) was released on May 13, 2017 at $14.95.
