TASTING NOTE: This wine's name is a nod to (or a jab at) Pinot Noir for being a real, ahem, challenge to grow and vinify. Nonetheless, the 2016 is a gorgeous Pinot evoking cherrywood smoke, raspberry, cherry, earth and spice. There's an easy elegance here, and plenty of character. Pair with smoked duck and local mushrooms. (Vintages panel, May 2018) Price $ 27.95
Bottle Size 750 mL
