Deep intense purple colour. Intense, faintly herbal, ripe plum-crancherry nose with some cedary notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, somewhat spicy, ripe cherry-plum flavours with a lingering, grippy, fairly high acid, cedar-sandalwood finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 18032 on the back label. The recommended 2015 (**/**+) was released on December 9, 2017 at $15.95. |
