Bright medium deep straw colour. Intense, complex, warm lemon meringue nose with some elegant mineral-cedar notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, ripe lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, crisp, slightly leesy, mineral-tinged, high acid, somewhat nutty finish. Has 13% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar. The recommended 2011 (**+) was released on January 18, 2014 at only $28.95. |
