ARTISAN SERIES RESERVE PINOT NOIR 2014 Willamette Valley
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer ARGYLE
Medium red colour. Slightly spicy, warm plum-apple-cherry puree nose with some cedary mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, very bright, tangy, slightly spicy, ripe cherry-plum puree flavours with a lingering, crisp, fairly toasty, gently complex finish. Has 14.1% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. Nice but perhaps not a detour at the price. The 2012 (***) was released on May 30, 2015 at $49.95. CSPC 70623
