TASTING NOTE: Made from Miyagi rice polished to 65% of its original size, this Honjozo sake is floral and nutty with notions of apple, peach and banana. True to its name, it's made in a very dry style. Pair with lotus root chips, tempura or lobster rolls. (Vintages panel, June 2017) |
