Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer OKUNOMATSU
Clear and colourless. Attractive, intense, gently spicy, honeyed, floral, warm rice aromas. Fairly dry, medium-light to light bodied harmonious, slightly spicy, melon-apple-plum-rice flavours with a lingering, crisp finish. Has 15.4% alcohol and now only 19 g/L residual sugar with lot number 17.11AABA on the back label. Very nice but pricey! Last appeared in Vintages (***) on October 31, 2015 at $16.95 and was Recommended. CSPC 422600
