Bright medium pink colour. Slightly spicy, ripe plum-apple nose with some faint toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, bright, refined, slightly spicy, plum-strawberry-apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, crisp, effervescent finish. This blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay has 12.5% alcohol and 11 g/L residual sugar with lot number 1/1 on the back label.
