TASTING NOTE: This elegant pink wine blends Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache Noir and serves up aromas and flavours of juicy apricot, fresh apple and wild Provençal herbs. It's quite impressively structured around a firm backbone of brilliant acidity and culminates in a dry, savoury finish. Serve chilled with barbecued herb-crusted chicken.
