| Very deep intense purple colour. Intense, attractive, complex, gently smoky, mocha-chocolate nose with lots of spicy, baked black cherry notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, complex, intense, bright, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a fairly crisp, slightly smoky, mocha-chocolate-tinged finish and a faint hint of key lime pie. Ready-to-drink. This SECOND REPEAT has 14% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with a NEW lot number L8 on the back label. The recommended 2015 (***) was last released on November 11, 2017 at $17.95. | TASTING NOTE: This has a quite lifted, herbal (rosemary/thyme) note amid raspberry, leather and somewhat grainy/yeasty notes. It is tart-edged, quite intense. Even a touch sour.
