TASTING NOTE: Solas in Old French means joy or pleasure and is an appropriate moniker for this hedonistic take on Syrah with its abundant blueberry and spice. A touch of mineral adds dimension. It'll live up to its name with charcuterie or burgers. (Vintages panel, June 2017) |
