Extremely deep intense purple colour. Complex, intense, spicy, gently cedary, woodsy, earthy, baked plum-cherry nose. Dry, medium bodied, tangy, juicy, faintly cedary, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, high acid, mineral-tinged finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar.
