TASTING NOTE: Flat Rock Cellars just keeps hitting it out of the park. What park? Doesn't matter. Pick one - the baked apple, peach, lemon, apricot and mineral notes here will soar above and beyond any attempt to keep them contained. This is aromatic, creamy, bright and refined. Pair with pan-fried fish, or pork chops and apple butter. (Vintages panel, Nov. 2017) |
