Not presented at the press preview in the LCBO lab. Bright medium straw colour. Intense, baked lemon-apple nose with some mineral notes. Off dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, intense, ripe melon-lemon flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked finish. This wine is made with 20% dried grapes in the Venetian appassimento method. Has 11.8% alcohol. Part of the “More Ontario to Love” limited release of 6 items. |
