|Bright very pale salmon colour. Slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe apple nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, very pleasant, fresh, ripe apple-lemon-plum flavours with a crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar The 2016 (**/**+) was released on August 5, 2017 at $46.95. Meanwhile, the recommended 2017 released in the 750 ml bottle (#342584) at $23.95 (April 28) is still widely available in many stores.

|TASTING NOTE: A blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Rolle grown in a clay-and-limestone vineyard at 365 metres above sea level in southern France, this wine expresses gorgeous spring flowers, peach, apricot, cantaloupe, cherry and strawberry. It's sleek, bright and elegant with substantial mouthfeel and a zesty orange-peel finish. Drink now through 2020 with poached salmon, crab salad, or chicken breast in a light cream sauce.
