TASTING NOTE: A blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Rolle grown in a clay-and-limestone vineyard at 365 metres above sea level in southern France, this wine expresses gorgeous spring flowers, peach, apricot, cantaloupe, cherry and strawberry. It's sleek, bright and elegant with substantial mouthfeel and a zesty orange-peel finish. Drink now through 2020 with poached salmon, crab salad, or chicken breast in a light cream sauce.
