Very bright medium straw colour. Cedary, spicy, baked lemon nose with some faintly peppery, yogurt notes. Dry, medium bodied, very spicy, quite cedary, tangy, intense, dusty, lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, high acid, sandalwood-tinged finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure.
