Tawse produces this wine using the saignée method, which uses free-run juice from select red grapes harvested from single-vineyard sites. You can expect a vibrant, dynamic wine with impressive red fruit, watermelon and floral notes. This is a characteristically ripe wine. Pair with chicken fajitas, charcuterie or Thai noodle salad. Price $ 17.35
