|Vintage Assessments Tasting Note
|Bright light salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, fresh, ripe apple puree nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, fresh apple flavours with a crisp unoaked finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 12.5% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar. Screwcap closure.
||Rosé Table Wine
Fairly Dry, Spicy, Ripe
|TASTING NOTE: This is a real treat, with upfront strawberry and red fruit tones, a touch of spice mid-palate and a hint of Cab Franc's characteristic pepper tones. It's round and smooth with great weight, structure and tone throughout and a snappy, fresh finish. What to pair with this? Whatever Lola wants, Lola gets; this has the stuffing for grilled pork and the versatility for grilled salmon. (Vintages panel, April 2018)
