TASTING NOTE: Canadian native and second-generation wine grower Tony Stewart is proprietor of Lake Sonoma Winery. This opulent, mouthfilling Zin delivers rich blackberry jelly, plum sauce, dark cherry, chocolate, cinnamon and smoke with enough tannic underpinning for balance. Drink now through 2022 with barbecued beef brisket or dry-rub ribs. (Vintages panel, March 2018) |
