Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, very spicy, mature, sandalwood-driven, ripe plum nose with some dusty mineral notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, spicy, extracty, dense, ripe, mature plum flavours with a lingering, sandalwood-tinged finish. Has 16% alcohol and 10 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1601 on the back label. TONY ASPLER / 89.5-points - Cedary, raisiny, dark chocolate nose with vanilla oak notes; full-bodied, sweet, fruity black plum and mocha chocolate flavours with a firm tannic finish. |
