Extremely deep intense purple colour. Youthful, still slightly peppery, mineral-tinged, firm, plum-cherry nose. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, fairly dense, intense, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, high acid, mineral-tinged finish. This still youthful blend of 81% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number LYF15750 on the back label. |

TASTING NOTE: 2015 Yon-Figeac is super-impressive. Deep, unctuous and powerful, the 2015 possesses remarkable intensity to match its voluptuous, flamboyant personality. Readers should expect a full throttle, modern Saint-Émilion built on concentration and textural richness. All the elements are very nicely balanced throughout.
