Ontario's climate is ideal for both Gamay and Pinot Noir, the two grapes at play here. When bringing these varieties together, it takes considerable skill to showcase the lightness of the Gamay and the substance of the Pinot. Expect lovely floral and brambly berry notes and enjoy this versatile wine with a charcuterie platter. |
