Bright medium deep straw colour. Very spicy, grassy, somewhat sour, lemon-apple nose with some peppery notes. Very dry, medium bodied, spicy, tangy, slightly sour, unripe, lemon-rhubarb flavours with a lingering, very high acid finish. Has 12% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 551739

TASTING NOTE: Bright, fresh sauvignon blanc with citrus, grapefruit, mineral and root ginger characters. The wine seems to have benefited from a little bottle age with nicely integrated flavours and a smooth texture. A distinctive, stylish sauvignon. Drink: 2017 to 2020.
