Forward bright medium yellow colour. Slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe melon-apple puree nose. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, fairly intense, ripe lemon-melon-apple puree flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, gently complex, mineral-tinged, unoaked finish. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 541433
